Global warming?

Not here! It began snowing Sunday, with a high of 20 degrees. Since then, it hasn't been out of the teens, and tonight it is supposed to be below zero! We have had over 10 inches of snow, and had school canceled today because of it. We have also had several deer and a fox go by several times today. This arctic blast is an unusual event, even in Colorado Springs. We may ahve a week like this each year, if at all. It rarely gets this cold, or stays cold or snowy more than a couple days here. But for now, it is definitely looking like a White Christmas!

"Global warming?" is right! DUDE it SNOWED in SACRAMENTO yesterday! Things were crazy all night at the TV station because we were running special reports due to the weather. Lilly said when she left for work there was snow...NOT FROST... but SNOW on the van and on the grass. Folsom and parts of Roseville actually got about an inch and anything over 500 feet was covered in snow and saw as much as six inches! People I work with got snowed in who live at only 1000 feet! It was 24 degrees last night and it was 36 degrees when I left work at 10 AM ! I think it's a whole 40 degrees right now at 1 PM. It's suppose to be 26 tonight. The last storm Sacramento saw like this was in the seventies when everybody was scared we were entering another ICE AGE! Maybe everybody in Sacramento should release some more CO2 to warm things up a bit. I got my can of beans ready!
